CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATION POLICY Please read my cancellation policy carefully. By booking, you are accepting these terms. I require 48 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Canceling or rescheduling after that timeframe will result in forfeiture of deposit. (I will not refund deposits on appointments canceled or rescheduled within a 48 hour timeframe.) MULTIPLE SERVICES CANCELLATION POLICY Please understand that if the appointment you book contains multiple services, that the terms of the late cancellation policy extends to all of the services initially booked. This means that canceling part of the service within the late cancellation period will still result in being charged a $25 cancellation fee even if you’re still receiving other services. Thank you for understanding that canceling part of a service last minute still affects the sustainability of my business. NO SHOWS No shows will automatically forfeit any deposit. In addition to forfeiture of deposit, no call/no-shows will be charged a No-Show Fee equal to 50% of the missed appointment that must be paid before another appointment is booked. DEPOSITS (chemical services) FIRST TIME GUESTS: To book an appointment for a chemical service, I require a deposit at time of booking in the amount of $25. You have 2 options to your deposit: 1. You can pay your deposit via credit card on my booking site directly. 2. Venmo your deposit to @brittshayhair Note: Your appointment will not be confirmed until your deposit is paid. Your deposit is refundable if you cancel your appointment more than 48 hours before your confirmed appointment date, your deposit can be applied to your next appointment or can be refunded via the original payment method. Please allow 7 business days from canceling your appointment to receive your refund. DEPOSIT FORFEITURE If you cancel 48 hours or less before your appointment you will forfeit your deposit as a loss in revenue fee. I am unable to fill appointment spots on short notice, and this is a policy I need to keep in place to protect my business. If this policy doesn’t work for you, I understand, however we are not currently a match to work together. Thank you for your interest in my business and for your understanding.
